| Аннотация |
[ENG] The aim of this work was the development of new technology for the utilization of sludge using a new solution which increases the selectivity of the leaching process and reduce its time by 5 times. The sludge chosen for the experiments had following composition (mass %): Fe - 16,5; Ca - 9,5; Cu - 3,4; Ni - 5,1; Cd - 0,1; Zn - 3,5; Cr - 0,74 Si - 2,8; Al - 1,5; Mg - 2,2; Mn - 0,13; Sn - 0,1; Pb - 0,1 (table 1). On the basis of the experiments following composition of the solution was developed and the conditions of the leaching of Cu, Zn and Ni were optimized: [NH4ОН] 100 g/l; [NH4С1] 25 g/l; t = 35-40оС; ? 1,5 hours; the relation of liquid and solid phases equals 40. This solution can provide selectivity of Cu, Zn, Ni, Cd and Fe: 90, 65, 60, 85 and 0% respectively (Figs.1-4 and Table 2). By filtration the leaching solution is separated from the solid residue. The filtrate is sent to the desorber, where decomposition of the ammonia complexes to non-ferrous metal hydroxides and gaseous ammonia takes place at 80оC. The ammonia is sent to the water-sprayed absorber and ammonia aqueous solution obtained is returned to the initial stage of the leaching process. After recovering of non-ferrous metals chromium remains the main toxic component of the sludge. For its final detoxication the sludge is passed through the furnace, where chromium is converted into practically insoluble and acid- and alkali-resistant Cr2O3 at 800-1200о. It allows to use it as an addition to construction materials and concrete road surface in quantities up to 10%. The suspension of oxides and gydroxides of non-ferrous metals is filtered. Then the solid phase is dried for two hours at the 250о transferred to the storage. [RUS] Проведены исследования по выявлению закономерностей извлечения цветных металлов из осадков гальванических производств и на этой основе предложена новая, малоотходная технология их утилизации. Обоснованы основные технологические режимы и приведена блок-схема переработки осадков. |
